For questions, feedback or problems with the app you can reach us directly by email. The fastest way is to mention which device you use and what exactly happened.
Response time
We usually reply within two working days. Leafy is built by a small team — on weekends it can take a little longer.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app under Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all plants, photos and care data. If you no longer have access to your account, we'll handle the deletion by email.
